Rocky Sunset by conormusgrave
My first "Photo-show" is tonight on Capitol Hill! If you are looking for something fun to do tonight between 6pm - 9pm stop by Office Nomads and say hi! Photos on display: http://photos.conormusgrave.com/officenomads This photo was taken a few months ago and I've finally taken the time to review some of those older photos. I really liked how the recently wet rocks look super shinny and smooth with the sunset reflecting off of them. Seattle is a beautiful place! ᅡᄅ2013 Conor Musgrave, all rights reserved (Visit http://photos.conormusgrave.com)

It was a beautiful morning up on Hawk Hill overlooking the city of San Francisco covered in a comfy blanket of fog.

If you like my photos, like me on facebook please: [click] Thank you very much everybody for the debate about pure photography and Photoshop work. Most of my work are composings. I use my own photos (and believe me to create a good composing even better base material is absolutely necessary) to create new images and to make visible what fantasies there are in my mind. It’s my absolute passion those both things and I don’t intend to fool anybody. Perhaps a flag „Heavily Photoshopped“ on 500px would indeed be a good thing. But keep always in mind: Almost every good photo you see nowadays was pretty much worked on. Where’s the border between pure photography and montages? Does it already start with levels, with correction of skintones, with the change of color settings? Think about it… via 500px

Life is beautiful by Magnoliaearth
Please come and join me on facebook! I really would love to see you and start a friendship! This image is a 'Crazy Love' Dahlia taken just before the hard freeze. Happy November! The gardens have begun their journey into the winter. During which they will rejuvenate, rest, and hibernate only to be bigger and more beautiful next year. In a way I believe people do the same thing. For me even more so, maybe, because I am in pain and unable to move well in the cold. But without that I wouldn't be where and who I am today. Life is a circle, a balanced dance of good and bad. I think it is imperative to go through the dance with hope and optimism whenever possible. Life is beautiful, it may be hard to remember sometimes, but it is. I am so lucky and eternally grateful for all of the love, support, and beauty in my life and I sincerely hope you all have the same blessings. I am also excited to now have time to get through the summers images and re-organize them out of the app I have used for years and into Lightroom 5. Any tips, tricks, or info are most welcome! Have a beautiful weekend! Love and Light - Laura

Hopperstad stavkirke, Norway by EuropeTrotter
Hopperstad Stave Church (Norwegian: Hopperstad stavkyrkje) is a stave church near Vikøyri in the municipality of Vik in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The stave church is assumed to have been built around 1130 and still stands at its original location. In 1997, a series of samples from the logs were collected for dendrochronological dating of the church. A total of seven samples produced an estimate for the construction ranging from 1034 to 1116 and resulted in no definite conclusion. The only possible conclusion is that this is one of the oldest stave churches still standing.

Sorry that I couldn't spend much time on 500px lately cause my company has blocked access to the site. But I still can play on facebook, you can find me HERE if you like to see more of my works. I think facebook will be my main playground from now on. Like I said before, I think 500px has put me on their "black list" so all my photos need like double votes to have the score like before. So I think it's not fair and I really don't want to upload any photos here anymore, but I really want to keep the connection with you friends here on 500px and keep posting. But thanks to your kindness and love. I saw my recent photos has more votes than before! I really appreciate it, but now I have less time to be on here to go over all the comments and votes so I really sorry if I didn't vote back as soon as i want. From now, to save time; you may not see my comments but you'll see my votes for you when I get home after work! :( Thanks again for your supports and have a great weekend everyone!
