Shooting at Laguna Torre proved to be an unpredictable experience; while the lake could be glassy still one minute, the next I'd be feeling the wind picking up and I'd watch my reflections shattered. This shot was taken on the Argentinian side of Patagonia at Cerro Torre/Laguna Torre at dawn. The first hints of the sun were casting a warm red glow on the peak, however direct light had not yet started hitting it. A minute later the clouds went pink, and the reflections were lost as the wind started once more.
