The beautiful Milky Way taken in one of the most darkest skies in the world over Boa Vista in the Cape Verde Islands. I had planned for this shot for a long-time just before the new moon. The image comprises of a long 30 second exposure using a Canon 6d and a Samyang 14mm lens and a shorter exposure of this beautiful beach under starlight. I merged the two images together creating this beautiful image. I hope you enjoy it.
