We made it back and what a trip it was! Gav and I had such a great time and it’s a trip I will remember forever. Kosi definitely showed her best and worst side. We had a bit of type II fun sometimes (fun only in retrospect, hateful while it’s happening), but it’s all part of the adventure. So many stories to tell, but I will write all about the whole trip in a blog post later on. I kept a journal throughout the trip, so I can easily recall it all. I thought I would put my best foot forward and post this image of Seaman’s hut, taken at sunset during gale force winds. Gav and I had been taking refuge here for three days during a blizzard. Once we saw blue skies, we bolted outside and started snapping. A few hours later, we started to get some golden light and we couldn’t get the grins off our face. We have been just chilling inside a dark hut for three straight days eating pemmican, so to see light and especially golden light was very special. Even though it was still freezing and gale force winds, we shut off all our senses and let those shutters rip. Here is a pre trip facebook post, describing the trip. http://ift.tt/1qdSgWq I hope you all enjoy the image, as much as I do. Cheers Crispy
