Lower Panther Falls. Unbelievable cold water... and it was august. I have no idea why this water was as cold as it was. I had been to other waterfalls in the area, but on the Oregon side of the gorge. Feet completely numb. And I had neoprene socks on! An enjoyable morning, and a shot that I really love, despite thinking it wasn't worth anything from when I took it up until sometime last week when I decided to give it the time of day. The sexiness of the foreground ripples kept calling to me. They'd say, 'Teeeddddd, TEEDDDDDDDD... processs meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee'. Time for bed.
