I spent 3 evenings waiting hours each night for the perfect clouds and tide level. The first 2 nights I got kicked out by the cops for jumping the fence and the 3rd night I finally went back with friends who were my lookouts. The three major things I was looking for was a high tide level so these wooden things in the water wouldn't intrude in the composition (check similar images taken at this location you'll understand). The clouds had to be perfect and lastly the lights in the buildings had to come on. This shot is a composition of 2 photos.
