Kirkjufellsfoss Iceland This was taken what seems an eternity ago in 2009. I wonder if going back there now would mean waiting for other photographers to pick a prime position. I guess the only thing slightly different about this image compared to most other images of this icon is that it was shot immediately after snowmelt giving it the brown hues rather than ice /aurora/greenery. Perhaps with time, truly unique places will become more and more difficult to depict ! This picture will also be featuring in an upcoming ebook about waterfalls on our main website.
