ok so I thought I would not post anymore images for awhile until I was testing out a new laptop today. i had an old hard drive with me and ran through my images from the tasman sea and picked up this shot from a couple of compositions on this exact spot. I was actually waiting for the waves to subside before I went in for this one. i was so into the light and saw a huge wave coming, the previous ones did not make it all the way into the shoreline until I heard one screaming towards me. I was standing up and the wave went 2 feet over my head, lucky me I had a split second too hug my camera and kneel to my left, my camera was covered with an optech sleeve and it malfunctioned overnight until it worked again the day after. back home I had it opened and found some parts rusting.
